At Bow-WoW, we take the safety and freshness of your dog’s meals seriously. That’s why all of our products are shipped frozen, packed with care, and delivered using reliable methods to ensure quality from our kitchen to your door.

🚚 Where We Ship
We currently offer shipping to all 48 continental United States. At checkout, customers will see the shipping options available to their address, including UPS, FedEx, and our local “WoW-Delivery” service in Greater Los Angeles.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on your location and order size.

❄️ Frozen Shipping & Packaging
All meals are shipped frozen, using a combination of insulated packaging, dry ice, and/or gel ice packs to keep the product at safe temperatures during transit.
While we do not guarantee the food will arrive completely frozen, slight thawing is safe, and refreezing does not affect quality or safety.

🏙️ Direct Local Delivery: Greater Los Angeles
We offer free local delivery on orders over $99 within the Greater LA area:
Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura Counties.
Orders under $99 will include a $30 delivery fee.

🚛 WoW-Delivery Schedule:

Delivery Day: Thursday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Order Cutoff: Place your order before noon on Wednesday to receive it that Thursday.
Orders placed after noon on Wednesday will be delivered the following Thursday.
You’ll receive a text notification when your order is on the way.

📦 Nationwide Frozen Shipping (Outside LA)
We ship frozen products nationwide using UPS or FedEx in temperature-controlled containers.

✉️ Shipping Schedule:
We ship orders each week from Monday to Wednesday via FedEx Ground or Express, depending on your zip code.
Orders placed on Tuesday before 10:00 AM PT (Los Angeles time) will ship that same week. Orders placed after the Wednesday 10:00 AM PT deadline will ship next week.

Deliveries typically arrive within three days of shipping, with most packages arriving Tuesday through Friday. Occasionally, deliveries may arrive on Saturday during holidays or periods of high FedEx demand. Please note: due to FedEx's schedule, we’re unable to deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a FedEx tracking number to monitor your package and see the estimated delivery date.

Your package will be dropped off at a local UPS/FedEx facility to begin its frozen journey. Please ensure someone is available to receive your box upon delivery.
