The Bow-WoW Club exists to reward consistency, commitment, and care. It's for those who are serious about species-appropriate nutrition and want their pups to thrive — not just survive.

After placing your first order, you're officially part of the club. We'll send you a personal Club Card with its special ID number. Enter this Club ID as a promo code with each purchase, and your loyalty discount will be applied automatically. Happy shopping!

Once you hit Guardian of the Bowl (15%), you get more freedom:

Breaks up to 90 days are allowed
After 90 days, standard discount drop rules apply

Rebuilding Your Discount
If you lose your discount, no worries! It will reset to 0%, but you can easily rebuild it. Increase your total spending, and you'll climb back up through the tiers. You've got this!
